• Commenced appraisal work in Lethbridge with Reliance Appraisal Consultants in September of 1980. Has been involved in the appraisal of all types of real estate property inclusive of commercial, industrial, multifamily, institutional and also substantial farming operations.
• Consulting in all areas of real estate valuation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Qualified as an expert witness in several areas of litigation.
• Past Chairman of the Lethbridge Chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
• Past member of Board of Directors of the Alberta Association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

NANCY A. HOSACK, AACI, P. APP., AAMA

• Commenced employment for Reliance Appraisals in July 1992.
• Specialized at that time in Lethbridge and rural area residential appraisals.
• Obtained her AACI designation (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) in October 2002
• Specializes in multi-family property evaluations, in replacement cost analyses for insurance purposes on all types of property, and in Reserve Fund Studies for all types of condominium complexes in accordance with the Provincial Condominium Act, and has completed various courses through CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association).
• Of further significance, and accredited Municipal Assessor of Alberta (AAMA), with accreditation obtained in 1986
• Has been actively involved in real property assessment and real property assessment since 1981.

MURRAY TOFSRUD, CRA

• Commenced employment with Reliance Appraisal Consultants Ltd. in 1990.
• Obtained the designation of Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) in 1994.
• Actively involved in the southern Alberta real estate industry (real estate sales) since 1976.
• Specializing in all residential properties in the City of Lethbridge and in all the smaller peripheral towns of Coaldale, Coalhurst, Picture Butte and Taber.

BRAD BENGRY, CRA

• Commenced employment with Reliance Appraisal Consultants Ltd. in 1993.
• Full time fee appraiser since 1996.
• Obtained the designation of Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) in December 2002.
• Specializes in all residential and rural property appraisals within the south western portion of Alberta, specifically the areas surrounding the City of Lethbridge, Town of Fort Macleod, Town of Pincher Creek, Town of Claresholm, Vulcan and also the entire Crowsnest Pass area.

DENISE B. STEPHEN, B. COMM.

• Commenced employment for Reliance Appraisal Consultants Ltd. in July of 2003.
• Obtained a diploma in Marketing Management from NAIT in 1983.
• Obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1986.
