Laurier commenced appraisal work in Edmonton in 1972, completing residential reports with the last six years in Edmonton gaining full experience in the commercial field of appraising. He obtained the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI), Professional Appraiser (P. App.) designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) in 1979. Laurier commenced appraisal work in Lethbridge with Reliance Appraisal Consultants in September of 1980 and has been involved in the appraisal of all types of real estate property inclusive of commercial, industrial, multi-family, institutional and also substantial farming operations. He is qualified as an expert witness in several areas of litigation and offers consulting in all areas of real estate valuation, arbitration, and litigation. Laurier is a past Chairman of the Lethbridge Chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and past member of Board of Directors of the Alberta Association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser (RECA) Real Estate Council of Alberta.

Nancy commenced appraisal work with the Province of Alberta in 1981 as a senior assessor, responsible for all types of property assessments, assessment appeals and training. She obtained her AAMA (Accredited Municipal Assessor of Alberta) designation in 1986 and is now a retired member in good standing. Nancy then commenced employment for Reliance Appraisals in July 1992 and obtained her AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) designation in 2002 with emphasis on commercial, special purpose, institutional, multi-family and land evaluations within Lethbridge and the surrounding Southern Alberta region. She specializes in Replacement Cost Analyses and Reserve Fund Studies on all types of property and is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser (RECA) Real Estate Council of Alberta.

Murray commenced employment with Reliance Appraisal Consultants Ltd. in 1989 and obtained the designation of Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) in 1994. He has been actively involved in the southern Alberta real estate industry (real estate sales and mortgage financing) since 1976. Murray specializes in all residential appraisals in the City of Lethbridge and in the peripheral towns of Coaldale and Coalhurst, including multi-family units (four-plex) and small acreages within the County of Lethbridge. He is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser (RECA) Real Estate Council of Alberta.

Denise is a graduate of N.A.I.T. – Business Administration - Honors Diploma in Marketing Management in 1983 and University of Alberta - Bachelors Degree in Commerce in 1986 with over ten years of Management experience with the Lethbridge Symphony Association, the University of Lethbridge Students Union, and the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden Society. She commenced employment with Reliance Appraisal Consultants Ltd. in July of 2003 as a candidate member of the appraisal institute and obtained her CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation in 2006. Denise is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser (RECA) Real Estate Council of Alberta specializing in residential and rural property appraisals in the southern Alberta region.

Jesse joined Reliance Appraisal Consultants Ltd. in September 2005 as a candidate member of the appraisal institute. He gained experience in the residential market for a period of one year, then transitioned to the commercial/industrial department gaining experience in numerous consulting assignments. He eventually obtained his AACI designation (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) in February 2012. Jesse now specializes in commercial, industrial and multi-family valuations. He periodically performs replacement cost analyses for insurance purposes on all types of property, and Reserve Fund Studies for all types of condominium complexes in accordance with the Provincial Condominium Act, and has completed various courses through CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association).
